What the program offers
- Ten languages. Croatian (Šarić translation, all 73 books), English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Polish, Portuguese, Slovenian and Latin. Pick the language by its flag.
- Read-aloud. The program reads the chapter out loud using the voices built into Windows; more speech languages can be added in Windows settings.
- Search and quick navigation. Full-text search and a direct jump to any book and chapter.
- Accessibility bar. Larger and smaller text, high contrast, a dyslexia-friendly font and wider spacing, one click or a keyboard shortcut away.
- Remembers where you stopped. The reader keeps your last position; signing in with your portal account keeps it on the portal too.
- Works offline. The whole Bible text is inside the program; no network needed.
For blind, low-vision and dyslexic users
The reader speaks the Bible text aloud with a system voice, and the text scales up to very large sizes. High contrast (yellow on black) helps low-vision users, while the OpenDyslexic font and wider spacing make reading easier for dyslexic users.
Everything can be driven from the keyboard: Ctrl+plus and Ctrl+minus for text size, Ctrl+K for contrast, Ctrl+D for the dyslexia font, Ctrl+L for spacing, Ctrl+R to read aloud and Ctrl+T to stop.
Requirements and installation
The program runs on Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). Nothing else needs to be installed; everything required is included in the installer.
Download the file, run it and follow the wizard. The installation does not require administrator rights, so there are no Windows warnings. After installation, start the program from the desktop icon.
