Evening Prayer — the faithful departed

Merciful Father, at the close of day I bring you the faithful departed. I thank you for every good received, repent of my sins, and forgive those who hurt me. Guard us through this night and renew us for faithful service tomorrow. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
